2023-2024学年，深美外籍人员子女学校中学部将迎来一批优秀的IB与AP教师，他们100%硕士学位，70%博士学位。

In the school year of 2023-2024, Shenzhen American International School will welcome a group of new teaching staff of IB and AP department. 100%have their master degree, and among them, 70% are doctors.

Dr. Nid的教学经验用一个词来概括就是多元化。他在AP物理上面的教学经验非常丰富，除了基础物理学外，还可以教授力学与电磁学。同时他还拥有14年的一线数学教学经验，微积分系列课程都是他擅长教授的科目。另外，他还有6年计算机科学课程（JAVA语言）的教学经验。

Dr. Nid"s teaching experience can be summed up in one word as diversity. He has extensive teaching experience in AP physics. In addition to basic physics, he can also teach mechanics and electromagnetism. At the same time, he also has 14 years of mathsteaching experience, and the Calculus series of courses are all subjects he is good at. In addition, he has 6 years of teaching experience in computer science curriculum(JAVA language).

除了AP体系的课程外，Dr. Nid还教过A-Level和IGCSE。总的来说，Dr. Nid作为首位登场的“硕博天团”成员，无论是他的学术背景还是教学经验，都是非常值得期待的。

Dr. Nid, who has a 2nd grader son, knows that education is not simply a matter of following the textbooks. In the teaching process, he has always paid great attention to the practicality of knowledge theory. He will combine his diverse background and integrate the practical features of different subjects in the teaching process to make the course design full and vivid, so as to enhance students" interest and concentration in the classroom: this makes the whole teaching process more meaningful.
